The Crosscut® platform is used to collect and securely store the data inherent in the operation of the foundation product manufacturing machines. Stored in an SQL Server base, these personalised formulae can be queried from anywhere by entering the customer profile, thereby enabling customers to have a foundation made in Paris and then be able to have it made again in, for example, Los Angeles.


The beauty advisers use a connected object to scan the customer’s skin, the data are then processed precisely and determine the foundation formula adapted to this customer. The foundation product is then made on the spot in a mini-production unit installed in the store.
